Select the plan that fits your business needs (Basic or Pro) and complete your payment securely via Stripe.

2. Receive Your Confirmation

After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
This email includes your purchase details and serves as your reference for setup.

3. Email Us Your Details

Send an email to Contact@receptionist.agency and include the following:

Your full name or business name

The email used during checkout

Your business website (if available)

What you want your AI receptionist to handle (FAQs, business info, bookings, etc.)

The phone number you want to use or the country you’d like us to provide a number for

Pro plans only:

your Cal.com API Key and Event Type ID

Optional: your preferred timezone

We’ll use this information to configure your AI receptionist correctly.

4. We Set Up Your AI

Our team reviews your details and sets up your custom AI receptionist.
Setup typically takes 3–48 hours, depending on workload and server availability.

5. Go Live

Once setup is complete, your AI receptionist goes live and starts answering calls 24/7.
